For over 17 years, I have specialized in crafting user interfaces and digital products at 01 Digital in Brazil, alongside various indie projects. My passion lies in leveraging UX research insights to connect dots, innovating new features, solving problems, and pioneering fresh concepts.

My background is based mostly on projects with popular intellectual properties within the entertainment market (Creator Economy), as well as collaborations with prominent corporations across diverse sectors.

I began my career as a Web Designer, learning front-end development and mastering the creation of concepts for projects ranging from simple to highly complex. I've done a multitude of digital media formats, including unconventional platforms like DVD-ROMs, alternating between front-end development and art direction as required.

As my journey progressed, I transitioned into a Design Lead role, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration among Account Managers, Marketing, and Engineering teams to drive product development and innovation. My focus became the implementation of UX methodologies and the promotion of a design thinking culture within the organization.

In my current role as Design Director, I've taken on a strategic leadership position, spearheading creative initiatives and fostering alignment among stakeholders. I've led the charge on transformative projects, driving significant user engagement and revenue growth.

My daily work is focused on optimizing teamwork processes and implementing design sprint methodologies, making sure that everybody involved in a project is aligned, speaking the same language and delivering at a good pace.
